I figure this has been asked dozens of times, but I admit my search ability on this forum sucks.

As Tx LTC instructors are we allowed to sign off on an annual LEO range qualification for a retired LEO?

Thanks,

I believe we still can. The last thread on this I could find was in 2015:

Another one from 2016, revived in 2018, is also related to your question:

The current TCOLE form for weapons qualifications for out of state officers still allows for a CHL instructor to sign it. I would guess that means an LTC instructor can do so.
