I figure this has been asked dozens of times, but I admit my search ability on this forum sucks.
As Tx LTC instructors are we allowed to sign off on an annual LEO range qualification for a retired LEO?

The current TCOLE form for weapons qualifications for out of state officers still allows for a CHL instructor to sign it. I would guess that means an LTC instructor can do so.
