Instructor Grace Period?

I just got everything squared away to renew - shot today for my LTC-100, Filled out the LTC-90, have my NRA cert ready, and took the exam. However, I just put in for an address change, so the option to submit a new application for renewal is not available... Anyone know if there is a grace period for instructors like there is regular LTC holders? I literally just need to get an application in and pay them. Filled out the contact us form just now, and their phone number says everyone is currently busy and to try again later (why can't I get put on hold? Strange). Ugh.

finally got ahold of someone one the phone, apparently there is no grace period and there is no way to cancel a current application.... Awesome.
