Chas,
What record does TX look at? Would it be a DMV report, or a background check? I am looking to dig up files and need to know where i go first.
**i called the PA County Clerk of courts, and they do not have anything on file for me... she also helped explain the expoungement and ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition) terms. I was charged, but never convicted due to the acceptance into the ARD program. Depending where TX would look for the background, depends what they would see. Obviously the CIA, FBI, and other higher agencies have access to everything, but as far as all the state offices and files, it is gone. The only drawback is through PENNDOT, or Pennsylvania Transportation. It stays on the driving record for 10 years.
Here is a link if you care to read on the ARD - http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/234/c ... p3toc.html
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks!
