WTB / Ruger 10/22 for project

All state and federal laws, as well as FFL regulations apply, and it is the responsibility of buyers and sellers to comply

Ruger 10/22's are kind of like Barbie dolls for men

I have a project in mind but need a 10/22 for the start.

Let me know if you have one gathering dust that you are willing to sell.
Could even be a partial trade where you get small rifle primers and some cash.

Ruger 10/22's are fun guns to mod out for sure. I remember being at the range one day and there was this guy next to me with a modded out 10/22. We got to talking and he told me that he had replaced the original barrel with a very accurate bull barrel, the stock was changed out. All the bolt parts were changed out and lastly, the trigger group had been changed out as well. So, I just looked at him and said, so, back home somewhere you basically have an entire Ruger 10/22 broken down into parts in a box? He got that long distance stare as he agreed. Then, he started packing up to leave. I asked where he was going. I swear, he looked at me like I was crazy to be asking foolish questions. Then he said, I just realized I have a Ruger 10/22 at home and I've got ideas on what I want to do to modify it. After he left I laughed pretty hard after he left as I considered that it wouldn't be long til he had a new 10/22 plus he'd still have all the parts for a new Ruger 10/22 in a box somewhere.

Good luck with your mods. Hope you share photos when you're done.

I do need to finish it up.
I've upgraded the trigger parts, added a integral suppressed barrel, and a new stock. The Optics are a temporary modestly priced red dot.

I've been distracted and haven't finished with the upgrades.
