FFL in NW Houston?

FFL in NW Houston?
I am in the Willowbrook mall area. I remember reading about a FFL in this area who is also a LEO. And I think his transfer fee is only $10. Anyone has his contact information? Thanks!

Also the folks at Shiloh Indoor Shooting Range will do FFL but I'm not sure their fee. They're on Shiloh Church Rd off FM 1960 one block before Champions Dr coming from Willowbrook. Real nice people and indoor facilities.
