Just thought I would add my recent positive experience with Phil.
I recently sold a gun and shipped it to Phil for transfer to the buyer. Phil answered my emails quickly and answered all my silly questions (it was the first time I had shipped a firearm to a buyer). On the other end of the transaction, I asked the buyer how it went and he said, "The gentleman was very nice and professional."
