They have done worse to Diversified Machine who once sold solvent traps, before they were raided, shut down, and the people running the company were convicted: ATF Warning Letter To Diversified Customers

My read is that the judge is a coward, because the plaintiff's argument is so overwhelming the judge was to scared to even consider the argument.

Honestly, the HPA, stuff like this….is all very unlikely to change our laws any time soon.

So if you want a suppressor, as awful and stupid as the current process is….just pay the dumb tax and get your can in 200+ days.

No point waiting around for stuff like this to make a change.
