Never considered a Kevlar vest. I have a plate carrier with level 3A plates from Spartan Armor. I take it your wanting something to wear under clothing?

Mostly more for weight. This is just for range time with students, usually no more than an hour or so and I need to look somewhat professional. I figured this would take care of almost any situation where students are qualifying with their pistols. The video reviews are pretty amazing on this model.

I bit the bullet and placed my order. I tried metal plate vest before but just couldn’t handle the weight. I rewatched a few video reviews and think this will be the best option for me.
