My turn around time for the recall was a whopping 7 days. I managed to get a magazine and a ball cap for the short time I was without my pistol. Not a bad deal as it did not cost me a dime to get it done. :clapping:

The new (post recall) LCP's are fine . The problem was fixed in the newer production .
I can't remember exactly , but the recall was only for certain serial numbers .

:iagree: The recall was made over a year ago. All is well in Elsie Pea land. ;-)

Already did (a 372 numbered one). It is my wife's gun and she is still breaking it in and getting used to it. I echo the 'if you can get the ammo' sentiment, but we have a Bersa and already had some ammo.

Personally I didn't find it that easy to shoot, but I have long skinny fingers and my hand was just too big for it to be comfortable.

The gun ran just fine though. 'Her indoors' put 70 through it with only one FTF on the second bullet. After that, it ran just fine. It may not be my 'go to' gun, but it is punchy, reliable (so far) , and very easy to conceal.

I already did .
No buyers remorse what so ever .

For those of us who don't wear our primary gun 27-7 due to work reasons or just hanging around the house , this little LCP
can stay in your pocket ALL the tome . That's what i love about it .

I have two and have run now almost a thousand rounds through one of them including 100+ rounds of corbon.

Great little gun, no malfunctions.

i'm thinking about buying one. stores are advertising them for about $330.00 , gun broker has a bunch of them for around $260.00 . of course then you have shipping and tranfer fees , but no sales tax.

what do you guys think is about the right price for one?

That is about the going rate ($330) anywhere in that ball park is fine....but you can almost bet the farm that someone will appear and say they got one for $30 plus they threw in a free life supply of 380 to feed it. "rlol" "rlol"

$260 is a quite a deal. I paid $350 for mine at Carters Country. I like it overall. Great pistol to throw in pocket and go! Luckily mine had the diamon on the hammer so it ws good to go.

Academy in Killeen has the LCP for about $320. Picked one up. A pawn shop in Killeen had plenty of .380 Auto SD ammo - especially Speer Gold Dot. Cabela's in Buda has the LCPs for less and had plenty of ammo. I purchased the 100-round boxes of .380 Auto target ammo. The target ammo had some hiccups. The carry Speer Gold Dot ran smooth. Fine BUG.

I could resist no longer and picked mine up yesterday. Cabela's has their package deal (LCP, two magazines, DeSantis Nemesis holster and gun rug) marked down to $350 through today. I also had a $20 coupon that expired 12/1 and a $150 gift card from a previous promotion they were running.

Getting out the door for $180 cash plus tax is a pretty good feeling.
