Dunno about penetration. I wonder if Marshall & Sanow have covered the stopping power of 2.34 mm rim-fire?

On a more serious note, I recall a Michigan collector facing serious legal trouble for failing to present one of these "Swiss Minis" for the required "safety check" (aka, "Backdoor registration"), as required by Michigan law.

I wonder how "concealed in plain sight" would go over in court?
