Made custom Sig P238 grips for a buddy of mine. I used a 3d printer and made it out of ABS plastic.

Just got a new rifle case, only to discover I didnt read the fine print - it came with pluck and pull foam. Usually I throw p&p away - since it tends to fal apart as soon as you pull a square. Finances being what they are I did some research.
PLASTI-DIP
once you get your case cut out, grab a few cans of plasti dip and start soaking. The first coat should be heavy, the foam will soak it up. Once its dryish - hit it again.

After a few coats, set it out to dry for a FEW DAYS, trust me, this stuff stinks. Once its cured out the cuts in the blocks disappear, the edges stay crisp but it doesnt overly harden the foam.

Finished product reminds me of closes cell foam thats been cut with a hot blade.
Can you post a picture or two?

I just got myself a Rex Zero 1 compact, and of course, there are no holsters for them readily available. Whatever few vendors who offer them are all made-to-order. So I ended up ordering a custom leather holster. But since it will take 1-2 months to finish, I decided to attempt an IWB tuckable kydex holster for it so I can at least carry it in the interim.

It came out better than I thought, considering this is my first try ever at a holster. The gun wasn't quite centered for the taco molding process, but regardless, the retention on it is phenomenal. Because of its shape, it ends up sitting quite comfortably. Not bad for $6 in parts. For molding tools, I just used what I had laying around: an oven, two c-clamps, some extra neoprene foam sheets I have laying around, a couple punching mitts (because I didn't have enough neoprene), and a couple pieces of plywood. I sourced the clip and screw hardware from a deadbeat holster I had laying around. I think I may very well try making a holster for my LC9s once I get some more kydex.

In order to stay busy I'm building a hunting buggy from an electric golf cart. My project is a 1994 EZGO TXT. It has seen better days but I'm always up for a challenge. I've stripped it down to the frame and power washed it. Taking it to the welding shop tomorrow to get repaired. Then off to get sandblasted.

Plans are for multiple upgrades.

6" lift.
22" tires
Camo body wrap.
Lithium batteries and upgrade to 48 volt.
Controller upgrade.
Motor upgrade.
Disc brakes.
LED lighting.

Probably more.
