CMC AR-15 trigger

#1

Post by catfish37 »

Looking for reviews of this trigger. I have a timney in my ar now that has malfunctioned. I don't really want to go without my ar for a month. So I was looking at a cmc. I can pick one up at runner runner for about $170.

I've had the CMC single stage curved trigger in my Colt AR-15 since shortly after I bought it. It's almost like the trigger in a good hunting rifle.

I like it so much that I put one in my Colt LE901-16S before I even shot it.

Lots of video reviews here: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_ ... mc+trigger

I think they are one of, if not the best triggers on the market. Made in Texas too! Runner Runner guns is a great store too!

Straight or curved trigger? Which is better or is it a matter of choice?

It's purely a matter of choice.

I didn't want to drop the coin on the straight trigger only to find out I didn't like it.

I honestly have no idea. I think I ordered both of mine from MidwayUSA.

You can order from http://www.cmctriggers.com/, but you'll pay tax. They're located in Ft. Worth.

Ground Zero is a great store to do business with, I have this trigger and it is fantastic. Have a CNC also, both are great triggers.

I had a CMC in my last AR. Have a skeletonized timney in my current. Can't tell a difference.

Have CMC in four of my ARs and will probably put one in my SBR.

Did not know about Rise Armament Trigger. I will report on the Velocity Trigger once I get it.
