HEY my favorite price comparison site went away?
http://www.ammoengine.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The DreamHost customer who owns ammoengine.com has not yet uploaded their website or has chosen to leave this holding page active.
GUess I'll look for another
https://www.google.com/search?q=ammo+pr ... =firefox-a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Found

http://ammoseek.com/view.now/faq.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://gun-deals.com/ammo" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://www.ammonow.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
AmmoNow visits ammunition sales websites and records their ammunition prices. It then sorts those prices and lists them here so you can see the best deals. No ammunition is actually sold from this site.

Just keep checking. BulkAmmo has been moving a ton of 9mm. Ammoman a bit less so, but both have had some reasonably priced 1,000-round cases of FMJ in the last few days. Just keep clicking re-load.

bulkammo.com just got a couple of cases of CCI blazer brass - but $21.50 / box for $12 ammo? I guess I don't want it THAT badly.

They just put up 1,000 rounds of 9mm Federal 115grain JHP for $515. They must be working around the clock because this just went up about 9:30pm

For those who went through this ammo shortage before, what is the best way to deal with it?

Is backordering at say Brownells the way to go?
Should I be stalking my local WalMart?
Am I going to just have to pay the gunbroker prices?

Any tips on being able to keep the guns fed without a second job?

If your willing to pay the outrageous gunbroker prices then I might be selling :coolgleamA:
What are you looking for? If its .223 or 7.62x.39 then that might be hard but 9/40/45 shouldn't be to hard to get if you stay on top of some sites cause it goes quick once it comes in stock. Everytime you pass by a walmart run in you may just get lucky!

I'll look around real quick see if i can find something not on backorder.

I'm looking for .223, 9, and 45. Nothing special, just fmj ball practice ammo.

Where are you located? I stop by walmart every 2 days or so and they seem to almost always have 40/45/38/380

I'm in Round Rock, but with my schedule, I tend to be absent a lot. I'm actually on the road right now, but thanks to the miracle of the internet, here I am.

Wal mart in the DFW area, along with Bass Pro in Grapevine and Academy in Lewisville were completely wiped clean yesterday. I visited 6 Wal Marts, Academy, and Bass Pro (8 total) in 5 hours yesterday.

I was normally able to find .45 either in the .410/.45 PDX combo or in another form. .380 auto was always available in at least Fed. Premium hydras. 9MM was never seen, nor was 40 s&w. It was insane yesterday.

I just ordered from this place on Friday and now they have a "not taking anymore orders..." on their website. This is crazy!!

http://hurricaneammo.com/storefront/ind ... ommon/home" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There's a guy advertising on backpage for ammo, but it is a gouge. $45 for 50 rnds of .45ACP and same for 9mm. $45 for a $12 box of ammo, I'll pass.
