Lucky Gunner did a very good test. You can sort the results how you like.

Choose what you like then make sure it runs in your firearm.

My choice for 9 MM and 380 is P P U ammo made in Serbia .
They load it a bit hotter and it groups extremely well with no feed problems.
I have used it for the last 5 years. Not expensive. I get most of it from Graf & Sons.
There out of Mexico Missouri, About 65 years ago my family owned a farm there.
I also get my 44 Colt, and 44 Russian brass from them.
Very nice folks and helpful.

Just wanted to pass on a tip about the last couple of gun shows I have been to at the NRG Arena in Houston. There was at least one ammo dealer that had Speer Gold Dot 124 Grain and Federal HST 124 grain ammo in 50 round boxes for ~$35 each. That is the best ammo price I have seen anywhere for good SD ammo. That is probably one of the main reasons I go to the shows.
