Glock 19.4 MOS slide

So I'm thinking of putting a red dot on my Glock 19 Gen 4. I found a lot of aftermarket RMR cut slides, but I'd really like a factory MOS slide so that I have more options for optics. It seems silly to buy a whole new gun just for a different slide, but I can't seem to find factory slides sold separately. Am I missing something, or am I just stuck buying a whole new Glock if I want the MOS slide?
I prefer dangerous freedom to safety in chains.
