I now have second thoughts about the Boy Scouts.

Agreed. I know a guy who was employed by BSA who left after the recent policy change.

Exactly. I as well. My boycott of Levi's started in 1992.

My list of boycotted brands, stores and people is getting pretty long.

My latest is Kellogg who decided to pull their advertising from Brietbart.

I hear ya. Cant keep with all the ones coming out against firearms. Man, this election really brought the cuke-a-roches out of the wood works huh? How do you keep from supporting the big ones though? Like Pepsi. They own Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and many others. I would bet Kellogg is the same, hard to know what and who they own????? This has turned out to be a lot of work!

Edited to figure out how the heck to spell cuke-a-roches. LOL. I guess it would be easier to say cockroaches.
Just some guy's opinion.

I work near one of Levi's corporate offices and they only have 30.07 on their doors. I'll check in a week or so to see if they add 30.06.

I sold all my Pepsi stock the very next day.

Taco Bell etc. called YUM and Pepsi are separate companies now.

The demonization of the so-called "alt-right" is taking hold, even if they did get Trump elected.

I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

I was a Boy Scout and a Cub Scout. My brother was a Webelo.

I quit supporting the Boy Scouts when they compromised their standards and knuckled under to the PC crowd.

I had no idea they stopped supporting the Boy Scouts. Welp, I haven't bought a pair of Levi's in a long time but if I needed any other reason not to support them then this is definitely it. I saw the article come up on my LinkedIn this morning.

Yes, sadly. I can barely drink out of a coffee cup that's not Chinese anymore. I hope that changes soon.

As a kid growing up in ex-Yugoslavia, I remember distinctly playing with those little cars that changed color once you immersed them in water. Well, you were considered "cool" if you had one with "Made in USA" on the bottom.

Anyways.

Nothing to do with Levi's topic, sorry.

How does one get by without buying anything that is made in China?
