In the 17 yo’s bedroom at 1:30 am when he pointed the rifle at her and pulled the trigger.

I’m sure it wasn’t loaded.

A tragedy that should have been prevented in several ways...

It’s worse here is the video the girl shot before she was killed.

He appears to be pointing the gun menacingly, and in the beginning he is also showing her the display side of a cell phone. He may have been angry over messages he saw on the phone.

This looks intentional to me.

Why did these kids have the guns to "play" with in the first place?

I'm so sad for that girl's mom.

Hmmm lets see how many things are wrong with this scene:

1. Martin was out on bond for another charge
2. Has a 15 year old girl in is room or is in her room at 1:00 am
3. Has possession of an AR
4. Is pointing said AR at said "girlfriend"
5. Worst of all obviously pulled the trigger.

My dad would have tanned my hide had any ONE of the above occurred.

Mom is not blameless either.

What mother lets her 15 year old be in a 17 year old's room in another house at 1:30 AM?

The whole thing smelled from the beginning! This caps it! I think he murdered her over cheating accusations.

Maybe she knew and maybe she didn’t. From the video I saw she didn’t know. IIRC, they weren’t in the girl’s bedroom or even at her home.

It is not "an accident" when you point a gun at someone and pull the trigger. Stupid? Yes. Reckless? Yes. Accident? No.

The second video appears to show multiple young people with multiple guns. Where are the charges against the irresponsible, stupid and reckless adults who owned the guns and allowed them to be played with?
