I took the decapping pen out & resized them. When I put them in his gun they slid right in 
and slid right out when I turned it upside down. I did not have to touch the extractor rod. I know better now. Thanks a lot.

Thanks to all who had an idea about my problem w/ .38 SP 1st time reload. Tom & Mojo hit it right on the bell die. When I read it I remembered that quit a few seated pretty hard. I took the decapping pen out & resized them. When I put them in his gun they slid right in and slid right out when I turned it upside down. I did not have to touch the extractor rod. I know better now. Thanks a lot.
