I have a question about Berry's bullets, What data should I use for there 185 gr bullet in a 45?

In the FAQ on Berry's website they recommend velocities below 1200 FPS so just about any 185 gr .45 load data should be OK.

I use 5.3 gr Titegroup with 185 gr lead and jacketed bullets. The lead bullets chrono'd at 904 fps and Montana Gold bullets at 888. I have not chrono'd this with plated bullets but I expect they would be in the 890 to 905 range. This is a very accutate load in my full size 1911's.

Thank you for shearing your knowledge. I was finally able to set up and run my first lot.
