#1

Post by ET-Ret »

Is there anyone that can point me to some load data for old colt ctg
38 Short colt
38 Long Colt
I have a lot of loading books but do not find anything for these 2
Lyman Cast book from 1958-59 does not list nor does most of the books since.
i could start with 380 acp and work it up but i was looking for some real data.
thinking or a 90 to 125gr bullet cast or plated.

Thanks for the info. It give me a place to start. I will start searching for some dies and buy some brass from Starline.
I like their products and buy them in 38sp, 357, 44mag, 380acp and 9mm. My kid wants to shoot 38sp with some very reduced loads
so its easy on her wrist.

Thanks for the info. When Bobby came back and i saw what powder he recomended I reached up and got a Hodgdon 2006 annual manuel and sure
enough there in there. I try to keep at least every other year but sometimes slips my mind.
Bad case of old man coming on.
