HB 823 Signed

Post by onerifle » Thu Jun 16, 2005 9:18 pm

I was just casually checking The Legislature's site; HB 823 was signed into law by Governor Perry today, 6/16. Effective 9/1/05.

Thanks for the update. By the time I renew my CHL again I'll be past 60. The legislature and the governor did well by the seniors of the state.

That's the car carry with no CHL bill. Big step forward for Texas.
