Does anyone really know what time it is?

Is the time on this server an hour off? It's 11:37 or so and the time on the system says its an hour off from that.

I had to change my profile for the time change last month. The settings are in the user control panel

AH, thanks, I didn't realize it was a per user setting. And I'm glad someone got the music reference.
