On Jan. 22, Sen. Lautenberg of NJ filed S.35, a bill (according to its title)to limit ammunition sales to face-to-face transactions, to require ammo dealers to be licensed, and to require reporting on bulk ammo purchases.

No text or summary of the bill is available, so I have no idea what it says specifically.
