They could give it away for free and I would not use it. Same goes for my Daughter and SIL. Back in the day I did inhale and that stuff is not my cup of tea. But I will say that I am also not apposed to those who do like it.
I was with a local fishing the East Walker River in Nevada back in '71. We crossed the stream at a bend and I was staning waist deep in a field of it and didn't know it. Nope, legalizing
Mary Jane ain't one of my mjor concerns

I hate that you say back in '71 as if it were a long time ago. That was just the other day in my mind. :biggrinjester:

I’m wondering how long it will be before the ATF goes after someone for this. I would assume it would only be pursued along with another crime but who knows, the ATF is not always logical in the way they do things......

You are likely right about the crime being ignored until some other offense involving the gun is committed. It would definitely serve to make ones life harder if they were to use the gun in self defense and had a medical marijuana card. If law enforcement chose to do so. Considering most states with legal marijuana are also blue states, I could see them trying to hang a person who uses deadly force in self defense.

It would be nice to see a red state decriminalize guns.

Repeal all gun laws except for something like 46.04(a) and correctional facilities. Don't issue medical machinegun cards or anything silly like that, just make state law silent on the subject. If the ATF tries to infringe a citizen's right to keep and bear arms, local law enforcement should tell them they're on their own. If it's a federal law, let the feds enforce it alone, just like the judge said when they slapped down Texas passing an immigration law.

If you grow your own marijuana and build your own gun there's no interstate commerce. :evil2:

I thought it was corn, but you're correct, it was wheat.
