Called again today, I am at 91 or 92 days now. The person today was actually helpful, she confirmed they got the app on Dec 4 and said she would forward to a manager without me even asking. She said the website should show an update next week. No lame excuses like the last couple times I called.

I noticed the phone message changed a bit form the last 2 or 3 times I called. It now tells you the estimated hold time and asks if you would like a return call so you don't have to hold.

Got my first update today! Manufacturing Pending! :hurry: So after 96 days, 3 or 4 phone calls, 4 emails (two of which never got a reply) I am almost done.

Now for the bad thing, my wife's paperwork was turned in a few minutes before mine, she hasn't got an update yet, she has sent an email and never got a reply. Time to set on hold and hope for someone helpful.... :banghead:

Day 105, My wife got her first update online. She called them Monday and they acted like they never got the forms. A manager was supposed to call her back, but never did. So she called again yesterday. The person that answered this time tried to tell her it would be another 60 days, my wife requested a manager again. This time she was transfer to a level 2 person, not a manager. However this person actually helped and got the ball rolling. So, maybe her plastic will be here by next week.

Note to anyone still waiting, the email is a waste of time. They never replied to her email from a few weeks ago. When I sent emails about my CHL they took a month to reply to the first one. When they did reply it was clear they didn't even read the note.
Good luck to those still waiting. :patriot:
