Application Completed - license issued or certificate active.

Got my PIN back from DPS today and this is what it said when I logged in. :hurry: :chldancing: Should I be looking for my plastic any day? I'm as freakin' giddy as a goat.

Lets all vote for tomorrow.

This happened to me when I got my first license.......
Well, it did not actually get lost in the mail.
They put my license in an envelope with somebody else's license and my license went to him/her!!!!

I called and complained and finally they called me back and said that the person had returned my license and it was on the way to me!
