GRRRRRRR!

Post by Venus Pax »

The forces of the universe seem to be colliding to keep me from participating in IDPA.
On Dec. 30, dh needed my assistance with our perpetual house remodel. Since it was bad weather and my suspicions were that Thunder would likely cancel anyway, I didn't make too big of a fuss, but made him promise that I would not be kept from the Jan. 27 match at PSC.

I check my calendar and what do I find? That is the day I'm scheduled to deliver Angel Food to the elderly. I'm wondering if I'll ever make a real match.
Charles, CompVest/SRVA, or anyone else with applicable knowledge: is there a website that lists this year's up-coming IDPA matches? Also, does PSC and Thunder have a place on their web sites that list the up-coming matches? (I didn't see it on Thunder's, and don't even know PSC's website.) Although I don't plan to give up Angel Food delivery for a match, I can schedule ahead of time so that other things don't get in the way.

The PSC-IDPA matches are the 4th Sat. of each month. You can go to http://www.cottonfamily.com/psc-idpa and click on the SO Calendar link and get the exact dates.

Sorry you are going to miss this month.

Venus,
If you go to http://www.tts-idpa.net you can go to the match results page and it lists all the matches scheduled for the year. Sorry you missed our last match, hope you can make the next.
