Funny shot at IDPA match

We were shooting a stage and a guy starts off well but stops suddenly and calls to clear his weapon stating "Something fell out of the barrel." He lightly tapped his Glock on the barrel and dirt fell out.......apparently the cases weren't cleaned very well and it was full of dirt. The target appeared to have a hole in it but upon closer inspection, the round never penetrated the cardboard. We searched the ground, but never found the bullet.......too funny!! No damage to person or firearm and the match continued. I even managed to take first in MM div. Yeah, me.......now to get more practice in and hit another classifier. I think I'm gonna try out my skills at the state match this year.
