Criminal history records for renewal?

#1

Post by racer32 » Tue Sep 22, 2009 1:14 pm

I'm waiting to get my renewal packet from the state, and was wondering if I will need to get copies of criminal records from county clerk again. No new arrests, just the same things that were there when I got my original CHL. Thanks

I sure hope not. Surely someone here has jumped this hoop before.

No, as long as there is nothing new, you don't have to provide the same records again.
