I have to admit, i'm rather surprised at this. I just went to packing.org to plan a trip to Colorado for Xmas. I wanted to know what states honored the Tx CHL. It showed both KS and NM as non-reciprocating. It appeared that no matter which obvious route we took we'd be going through "hostile territory". I was a bit shocked.

I figured i'd go double-check these findings over at
http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/administra ... rocity.htm

Well now... what do i find here but the reciprocity agreement for both NM and KS. Packing.org is out of date.

Let that be a lesson to me (and you) to check and double check your sources. :)

Have a safe trip!

I frequent Handgunlaw.us, and have found it to be an excellent resource. Quickly updated with applicable laws.
