Texas Admin Code TITLE 37 PART 1 CHP 6 Phamplet

So last year after the March update came out and I couldn't tell just what the changes were I did this pamphlet (which I posted here) with plans to check the site monthly and incorporate changes. That lasted a few months and so I missed the January changes. So, belatedly, here is the update. Red is new/changed text, removed text is struck out.

Biggest change I see is the LTC-100/101 is now good for a year, Qualified Handgun Instructor Application is totally rewritten, instructor who gives up or loses his cert *should* turn his records over to DPS, and an entire new section on online training.

From one JMorris to another JMorris- Thank you! This is great info and is put together very nicely.
Best advice I was ever given- Don't mess with the dog while he's eatin'.
