I think of Tyler as Baptist City. Tyler has all sorts of places where one can get sloshed and try to get home but no stores where one can buy a bottle of liquor and take it home unopened.

Tyler's anti-OC stance is not surprising.

Now the challenge is for them to actually get a off-premises license... :grumble
