Should be picking up the loins and breakfast sausage this weekend. I screwed up and forgot to tell the processor to keep the shoulders/butts separate for the smoker rather than putting them in sausage. DOH!

Thanks. The plan is to fire up the smoker and cook the ribs and loins this weekend along with some other store-bought pork products. :woohoo
