Big sow in Manor

#1

Post by uthornsfan »

This girl he's been coming into the feeders for about two weeks. Fortunately she was coming in earlier and earlier each night.

Last night I was bundled up for a long late night sit in the blind when the two Does I was watching at the feeder went on high alert.

I got ready and then she walked out.

I had to drag her quite a ways and got my tractor stuck multiple times because of all the rain but I got her out.

A golf course is a waste of a perfectly good rifle range area. Making it a rifle range also helps stop the pigs from destroying the land - a win-win.

Good Shooting! You put an end to lots of little piggies by taking her out! :thumbs2:

Don't have a scale, but according to some sites about estimating based on measurements, I would say 250lbs. She was a very healthy (Lots of fat) for a wild pig. Was probably the cleanest, nicest looking wild pig I have ever got.
