Charles mentioned a couple of weeks ago that there would at least be informal goings-on and snacks Friday evening for early registration. He'd had in mind a panel discussion to include some of the instructors that will be teaching on Saturday, but with Ike intervening I don't know if that could be orchestrated.

I'll be staying Friday overnight in Pearland and will be volunteering wherever I can at Friday's registration, so look forward to seeing you there. If nothing else shapes up, maybe a whole slew of us should invade a nearby restaurant for supper. Jbirds can navigate for us...

I am really gonna miss you guys. Work has me travelling much more than I would like, but I am usually home for the weekend. This time, though, it's 2 weeks in Atlanta, and Forum Day is the weekend between the two!

I am game for that skiprr.
