Outstanding Motivational Book

I have read many motivational and self-help books but I ran across one this week that stands out from all the rest.
David Goggins is a retired navy seal--he been there and done that. The language in the book is coarse so be warned but don't let that get in the way of the wisdom he imparts. Once I started reading it I could not put it down. Many five-star reviews over on Amazon so here goes:
