“The hypocrisy of the United States.

There isn’t a day, or month that goes by when the world doesn’t hear about another example of racist police violence or of a mass shooting with guns that kills innocent citizens in the United States

I now despise the word “patriot” as it has become synonymous and owned by the white supremacist movement and the Republican party in the United States.

Right wing and conservative America are masters at lecturing the world about human rights.

Among the worst human rights abuses the world witnesses every day take place in the United States.

The United States could consider lecturing other countries about human rights, the day after it has offered health care to all of its’ citizens as a right, good public education to all its’ children, and guarantees safety from guns and racial prejudice to all its’ sons and daughters.

With love.

... the brainwashed, continuing to brainwash. These Progressives' belief system is Collectivism (Socialism, Communism or whatever other -ism you want to call it). From that basis as their core belief, it is unconscionable to consider the truth that human nature inevitably results in the strong -- in one manner or another -- taking advantage of the weak. To them, altruism should overcome human nature because their story has a happy ending if folks will just fall in line -- logically putting the cart before the horse, so to speak. The tragedy of their belief system is that the truth about human nature always produces an equality of misery under Socialist Governments -- and there are always folks leading such Governments that are autocratic.

Turnley needs to get out more:

DEMOCIDE: MURDER BY GOVERNMENT

Innocents Betrayed - A Brief History of 'Gun Confiscation'

Or study history:

Arms and the Greeks

Carroll Quigley-Tragedy and Hope - A History of the World In Our Time

But I guess it's easier for him to pontificate in an echo chamber.

That is a very serious charge. If someone had the intestinal fortitude AND the platform from which to make him prove that charge, it would blow up the entire narrative. On one hand, it might be extreme naivete - absolutely no knowledge of the unspeakable horror under which many throughout the world live. But I suspect that it is just a deliberate distortion towards a political goal.

Language has been so corrupted that there is no standard meaning of words any more. What constitutes abuse? But any conversation would dodge that absolute.

Never heard of him, but anyone can leave when ever they want. Really just leave. There is no where on earth better than here. Our poor die from obesity. Everyone else dies from starvation. There is a reason, it just requires a few intelligent thoughts to see it.
Gun control is like stopping drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to drive.

Well there are those people arguing for a ban on 30 round mags to prevent suicides... last time I checked suicide victims typically only use 1 round!

Japan has a higher suicide rate than the US and hanging is the number one choice to end it all. Russia has a suicide rate twice that of the US. Favorite method is again hanging. They need to ban that rope with a high capacity breaking point. Suicidal people use the what is most available.

I keep telling people this but then they either ghost me or reply "But the guns!"

Every gun control law has at its foundation the desire to round up those who dissent from authoritarian government control, and shoot them...you know, the way Stalin and Mao did.
