saw this posted on another message board and thought you guys might enjoy if you haven't already seen it.. Edward "Tiger Mike" Davis was the owner of Tiger Oil Company in Houston back in the '70s, things weren't quite so PC back then, as evidenced by some of his internal memos:

Still funny to read. Yes, he's rather blunt and demanding, but when I imagine myself in his shoes I can appreciate at least some of the desire and intent, if not the method of conveying it.
