It may be their right but some people just shouldn't have a gun. One of my nephews is such a person. I wont take him shooting because I cant trust him to not take a momentary lapse of attention and walk down the firing line to retrieve a target. The boy just doesnt pay attention from one minute to the next. Has the attention span of a gold fish.
