Perhaps President Trump's administration can join in by withholding federal funds from Travis County as well.

How do you campaign (and get elected) as the chief law enforcement officer on a platform of refusing to obey the law? :banghead:

The Legislature should move to make this behavior by city/county officials illegal under State law.

My thinking is: Austin is a bastion of fascist snowflakes who don't fully appreciate they live in the U.S. - If they lived in Cuba or Venz. they'd be disappeared if what they had to say didn't align with the government...

I truly believe President Trump will put his foot down. And when he does, will squash these cooka-roches that is so overdue and needed. Just a matter of time.

There should be more than holding funds to a Law Enforcement Officer who refuses to uphold the law.
