The article says: While Democrats are most likely motivated by their desire to prevent President Trump from running for president again, there are other benefits given to former presidents that would be taken away upon conviction," and this is not true. All benefits given to former presidents are written in law. They get those benefits unless removed from office. Since the former president was not removed from office, but completed his term, the impeachment does not affect this.

The only thing an impeachment can do is remove the office holder and, if approved in a second vote, bar him from ever holding any office in the US again. This is the main goal of the impeachment of Trump. I would suggest we impeach Obama for the same purpose. Several people have suggested him for a Supreme Court Justice seat and we definitely want to prevent that from EVER occurring. An impeachment would do so.

Obviously, this means we need to work on making sure the Democrats lose their House majority in 2022 and lose enough in the Senate to make a conviction possible (two/thirds vote required). The latter is the big hurdle. I think the former will come true.
Since the Democrats have set precedent and there's no statute of limitations on impeachment that I know of now, when and if the Republicans ever regain both houses of Congress they should full tilt boogie go after Obama, Holder, Kerry, Hillary,Lynch, Waters, Schiff, et all with a marathon of week long impeachments with no due process as Pelosi did. Of course we all know Republicans would never have the guts to pursue that.

Judges rule no one can be held responsible for government illegal hacking of CBS journalists home computer and cell phone.

It’s illegal what happened, just not punishable for anyone for doing it.

I don't get the impression he wants to work... even part time, in a capacity that would require him to be politically neutral and avoid spotlights. Plus a SCOTUS would require him to think and write, on his own.

CNN says it was because they are sophisticated on Martha's Vineyard, which implied the bikers were crude, rude, and socially undesirable. I don't know if I would want to insult a large group of bikers en masse like that, but I bet they don't watch CNN very much anyway.

Obama’s Guantanamo terrorist releases, are back in business. Xiden continues Obama’s plan to close Guantanamo by reversing Trumps order and start releasing again.

A recidivism rate of 229 of the 729 detainees released is actually not a terrible number. It demonstrates that quite a number of those locked up were probably just locked up for show in the first place. Essentially much of the gitmo was faking progress on the "war on terror." I should think any legitimate judicial proceedings wouldn't take 20 years, so why have 39 men not been sentenced or released after 20 years is the biggest question in my mind.

Now level 3 is not that bid a deal. Yeah the stuff will kill you but it’s not level 4.

Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) Microbes that are considered to be BSL-3 can cause serious or potentially lethal disease through respiratory transmission. An example of a BSL-3 microbe is Mycobacterium tuberculosis (the bacteria that causes tuberculosis).

But once you have a level 3 up and running it’s not a big deal to go to the next step.

Interesting!! It is important to understand that bio-warfare is not just against people, but also agriculture and livestock. Sadly there is evidence that these covert weapons have been used in modern times (ie against Cuba)
