School board votes to rename Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and Finestein schools and another 40 or so. Vote was 6 to 1.

Oh, and the schools are not currently open.

Meritocracy is a racist system.

San Fransisco has a high achievement high school which the City is very proud of and is one of the top performing High Schools in the Country. Board of Education wants to change that and select students by lottery not on how well they do on standardized tests which are racist, since the school is a majority Asian and Caucasian.

White House responds to recent attacks on Asian Americans.

Naturally everything is racial and blamed on Trump saying China Virus.

Instead it is just out of control crime in Oakland who defunded police.

So Chinatown in Oakland is on edge from the robberies.
So when a store owner sees a woman pushed to the ground and being robbed he comes out of his store with a gun and begins shooting. Robber runs away. Police are called and yes they arrest the store owner. Afterall this is CA and it’s Trumps fault for saying China flu.

Sacramento CA makes DIY car repairs illegal. Illegal to have a torque wrench, or impact wrench.

The law is meant to stop fly-by-night scammers, but like gun laws, it affects law abiding citizens.

Yesterday I would have said that banning common hand tools would be too nutsy even for CA.

Today proves that I would have been wrong.

Dispatch calls will go like this:

"911 - what is your emergency?"

"I just saw a guy with a torque wrench across the street. He's getting ready to use it on his car. Oh, no! He's putting it on a bolt right now! Send officers quick!"

"Three cars are on the way. They'll be there in just a minute!"

There are no limits on insanity in that state.

No screaming on roller coasters under California’s COVID-19 plan

Southern California theme parks are set to open as early as next month, but thrill seekers may be forced to bite their tongues while riding their favorite rollercoasters.

The California Attractions and Parks Association is behind a plan that would encourage riders to remain silent while barreling through the air on rollercoasters to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

For the sake of the safety and health of the public, I demand Gov. Newsome and the State of California follow the science and instate a DuMask policy at amusement parks. This entails an alcohol swab around the mouth to remove skin oils; the application of 3-inch wide duct tape over the mouth in a strip no less than 8 inches long, or two strips of offset 2-inch tape if the 3-inch is unavailable; and the wearing of two well-fitting masks over the mouth and nose, the one lying against the face being certified to KN95 standards or higher. Only with this common-sense precaution can we slow the rampant spread of COVID-19 near roller coasters.

Another MAGA supporter attacking an Asia woman in California because Trump called it the China Flu.

Or just another day in Daly City ( near SF ) and since there are a lot of Asians in the Bay Area, she’s just another victim of crime to robbers in hoodies who can run fast in expensive shoes.
