https://www.shorenewsnetwork.com/2021/1 ... ed-to-rob/

12 yo shot while trying to rob a 17 yo in a car. The 17 yo was in a parking space and attempted to flee, when the 12 yo fired his gun at the 17 yo in the car. The 17 yo then fired back with his own gun wounding the 12 yo who went to the hospital.

The article does not mention if the 17 yo will be charged as an adult for the numerous gun crimes .

Governor Newsome apologizes for calling them “gangs” I guess that is a offensive term now. He meant an organized group of lawbreakers.

And on a positive note, the 9th circuit ruled the closure of gun stores in LA and Ventura counties as non-essential businesses during the pandemic was unconstitutional.

New wealth tax proposed for multi millionaires and billionaires in California.

Unrealized gains on stocks would have a per year 1.5% wealth tax.

Odds multimillionaires and billionaires will find a new state to live in?

It is hard for me to keep up.

A male one day shy of his 18 th birthday who thinks he is a woman, goes into a women’s restroom and rapes a 10 year old little girl. He goes to trial when he is 26 yo. The judge sentences him to time in Juvenile jail. Since he thinks he is a woman is he put in with the little girls or the little boys?

I think he would enjoy adult male prison much more especially since he is a child molester and thinks he is a woman.

This seems to be happening a lot. Ok twice recently. You go though a federal security check at an airport or cruise terminal. Your name hits with an out of state warrant and suddenly your not on your trip or vacation, but in a local jail for a couple of weeks awaiting extradition, while they slowly figure out your not the same Bethany Farber that is wanted in Texas.

Of course it would be racist to look at the cute blonde they arrested at the airport and figure she doesn't fit the profile of a criminal with a long rap sheet.
