What to get for my grandson's second birthday?
My wife reminded me we need to buy a present for our youngest grandson's second birthday. I bought him his first .22 rifle a few days after his birth. I suggested we buy him some ammo for it, but she nixed that idea. I guess it'll have to be his first shotgun!

He’s 2 not 1! He needs at least a 308

I vote CZ scorpion. Soft shooting and a compact package for those little hands. Plus, you could get it good and broken in for him.

I am buying my daughter a silver eagle 1oz coin every year. One for birth year (plus a year of the rooster 1oz round I found), and one for each birthday year. So one for first birthday, two for second birthday, etc. Will be 173 troy ounces (14.3 lbs) of silver by 18. Not the end all be all of money, but at least she'll have the start of something that will always be worth something. Bought her a NRA Life Membership for her 1st birthday as well. Already bought a 10/22, a mark 4 22/45, and 22 silencer to teach her to shoot. I want to make sure my gifts will be something that will last her. I'm not buying something that will fall apart or get trashed 3 months after she gets it. Her mama, nona, and gram can buy all those things.
