Constitutional carry overrides the need for LTC. Those signs would become obsolete.

Then it would be the no firearm signs. Same thing.

How would this affect interstate reciprocity? I've carried in a number of states that recognize Texas LTC. Without an LTC for the other states to recognize, may not be able to carry there without getting their license?

An LTC would still be required in other states. Texas can only allow CC within it's borders. I am looking for eased restrictions, for LTC holders, which would will allow for carry, everywhere, a LEO, can carry. LTC holders, have more than proved, their, ability, to restrain, from unlawful use of their firearms. JMHO

What 06 and 07 would and would not apply to would depend on how the CC law was drafted.

This morning, with 5,242 votes cast, the margin has narrowed to 54% in favor and 46% opposed. It seems that Brady / Moms Demanding Attention got the word out after seeing the reported extremely strong support early on.
