A banjo, in the wrong hands, can be a very dangerous weapon.

As long as the banjo isn't in a case, I think it's okay.

What's the difference between a banjo and a lawyer?

Even better open carry a Mac-10 or 11 in a briefcase suppressed of course have your paper work/tax stamps. Just looks like a brief case hehe

1) What's the statue made out of, paper mache?
2) That old saying of my youth was apparently wrong, you CAN hit a bull in the {something} with a bass fiddle {or banjo}.

Yes, you can open carry your banjo in Walmart.

As long as it has a maximum of 4 strings, no more.

Did he obtain the banjo legally or, was it from an undocumented pharmacist and banjo dealer who conveniently never remembers his background check device while dealing banjos and pharmaceuticals behind the 7-11 anyway??

I'm pretty sure it's legal in Arkansas and in a few states in the Appalachians.
