I have a set of 45-degree flip-ups from Dagger Defense that I've been very pleased with. They're metal, not plastic or nylon; push-button, spring-loaded on both back and front. Lemme find a link...

I think I got mine from Brownells. I was leery about the low price (around $40) but these things have been solid for me, and they really are all-aluminum-alloy. I'd buy them again for the next build...if we get a "next build" under Biden.
