Harrisburg, PA –-(Ammoland.com)- A new bill introduced in Pennsylvania would establish a gun registry within the state.

HB0768 is known as the Firearms Registration Act. The Democrats that introduced the bill were Mary Louise Isaacson (D), Angel Cruz (D), and Mary Jo Daley (D). Last Friday, the General Assembly referred the bill to the committee on judiciary.

That bill it totally insane. I pray the Pennsylvania sees it for what it is and kills the bill in committee.

Saw this one on Glock Talk yesterday. Responses were significantly less than complimentary regarding this bill. PA is usually a pretty gun friendly state, but like us, there is a significant anti group concentrated in their large cities. Agree that this should never make it out of committee, but does give a good glimpse of what the antis think they want.

Registration, plus a $10/gun/year fee for renewal. Perhaps lawmakers in Pennsylvania want to find a new revenue stream so they can spend more...
