Assuming either SCOTUS takes the case to declare it unconstitutional or SCOTUS takes the case and declares it unconstitutional.

If home schooling is legal and valid alternate to regular school. The parents can add firearms safety to their home schooling program.
Whoever introduced the bill is an idiot.

:iagree:

A number of homeschoolers have added Appleseed to their home schooling program. They get both an American History lesson and a safety/shooting lesson!

My son was home schooled, one of our school lessons was a weekend drip up to Dumas Tx, where he learned to shoot jackrabbits and prairie dogs out to 400yds!

I hope this is immediately challenged as depriving an individual of a guaranteed Constitutional right by officials.
